      Pros

      Money and benefits were good. Some nice people there, but none of them were in management.

      Cons

      I saw some criminal activity among some of the managers. Culture of back stabbing and fear. Everus only exists to make rich people richer.

      Pros

      Management is great. They give criticism in a positive way and more in a suggestion on how to improve. They are also great at giving praise & recognition. I feel appreciated and relevant to the company in my role. The CEO and all the execs take time to know your name & say "hi".

      Cons

      Waiting until February to get annual bonus. It would be nice to get more pay throughout the year and a smaller lump sum bonus. But overall the pay is pretty good for the job market.
