Pros
A very experienced management team that understands the industry and technology and does a fantastic job of balancing employee needs with project demands. Top notch team of senior technical resources with deep understanding of the industry and technology trends. Very rich knowledge base of methodology and tooling to support our consulting practice.
Cons
The work environment is a more of a virtual environment. For some that enjoy daily face-to-face interaction with their co-workers it may take some time to get used to this. Project work is typically onsite with customers and so those that don't live near the customers they support may see some travel.
