No pros at all. Don't take the job. Terrible place! Looking to hire nice people to only take advantage of them!

Cons

Place uses its employees to bring in sales, no pay for employees. Bring you in, have you shadow district manager, they hype your head up, you get no pay.

I’m not sure how to even address this. I wish I knew what really happened here. If we use our employees to bring in sales they make a great deal of money. Our comp package is one of the top in the industry. Fortune 125 companies must have a strong comp package to be competitive. Best of luck.

Bait and switch. This is door to door insurance sales for Alflac. I was lead to believe, at first, that it wasn't commission only. After, embarrassingly, going on numerous door to door business calls I finally just stopped wasting my time and energy .

Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry you didn’t see value in the other products and solutions beyond the voluntary insurance products. We can help businesses in so many other ways. We don’t claim to be a marketing firm but we consult with businesses to solve problems with products including HR Tech, compliance, Small business loans and Worksite benefits etc. We absolutely have never helped businesses with Marketing. This isn’t really the sort of job you can start part time so I can see where you were frustrated. This is a full time position. Best of luck!

This is Aflac sales but now going by a new name!

Absolutely none! Your compensation sucks almost as badly as your morals!

Cons

Don't be misled. Aflac has burned hundreds of thousands of people throughout the US so their reputation is HORRIBLE! So, their new game plan is to start these satellite offices under random names so that you will never know that you're interviewing with Aflac until after they get you in the door. Ask yourself, if you have to hide who you are then is this really a company you want to work for?
