Pros

Average pay, bonuses can be nice, 401k match, some tuition reimbusement

Cons

The answer to every problem is a reorganization, and when it isn’t fix a year later re-org again! This includes shuffling people into management positions who aren’t truly qualified to do a good job. The politics never helped either. Health insurance was not great as it was one of the first in the country to eliminate spousal coverage and add a penalty to insurance if you aren’t healthy. No programs to help people get healthy either.

Pros

Pay, Benefits, co-workers are nice, they do value their members above all else

Cons

Everything else. Executive team is cut throat and management throughout is very poor. Read the rest of the reviews, they all tell the same story. Used to be a great place to work, but under Paul Marsh, it has become a very silo'd organization. People are moved, reassigned constantly and no one seems to have a grasp of what they are doing.

Pros

I absolutely loved my job before the name change. Teachers Credit Union was beyond all expectations and I would have retired here.

Cons

The new CEO is money hungry and has lost sight of its employees. Starting at the beginning of 2024 insurance premiums increased and new PTO policy was implemented that took away earned time from dedicated employees. The morale is at an all time low and the company has lost crucial talent across the credit union. Many working here are underpaid and overworked.
