Pros
- Projects are interesting and challenging - Project durations are about average (<1year) - Flexible work schedule and can work from home when possible - Mostly local work so travel is not so bad - Management is extremely knowledgeable in controls and has an open door policy - Paid overtime
Cons
- Being a small company many standard policies and procedures you find at bigger companies are missing - Disconnect between office and shop floor sometimes but they are working on it - Long hours near project delivery especially with the automotive clients
