Decent pay based of if the ceo likes you or not

Cons

Ceo needs to respect people and not treat everyone like children. No clear direction or support Problems will be blamed on whoever touches the project last. Constant change in decision Almost constant yelling and devaluing of everything Moneys not an issue yet is always an issue Constant control to fulfill CEO’s ego Unless you want to forfeit all of your time and be devalued I suggest you work else where. Constant harassment by a child boss who throws tantrums if he doesn’t get his way. Overworked on everything Get excited to feeling anxious for using a pto day or sick day

Great Team Experience and Company Culture

1. Great team -We support each other by bringing our strengths to the table and learning from each other 2. There is no time to be bored - There is always many new things to learn 3. Company culture - good sense of humor is a must 4. If there are any issues. the administration is approachable. Personally, they make you feel comfortable to reach out for support 5. Space to grow and thrive professionally

Cons

Even though I do not have many complaints here, I would say the following: 1. we need more staff to help support and keep up with the fast paced growth of the company 2. There is no more summer schedule in which we work a bit longer from Monday through Thursday to have half days on Friday

Pros

Every Man Jack is a small company where advancement in your career is possible. Even before COVID a number of us were able to work from home and use technology to stay connected. The pay is really great along with excellent health benefits. You will learn a lot in a short amount of time wearing multiple hats.

Cons

Like any small company its not for people who aren't willing to wear multiple hats. As is typical with a super fast growing company at times we have growing pains.
