Pros
Laid back atmosphere. Flexible schedule. Hands-off management. You are you own boss, so to speak. Decent benefits package; comparable to the market standard. Small company. Generous Christmas party.
Cons
Hands-off management style. If you are looking for a place to move up in your career, this is not the place to do it. It's a small company with very limited career progression opportunities. Management does not set or discuss goals with employees. There are no performance reviews given. Very low pay relative to market standards. Lack of communication on management's part. It can be difficult to get a response from management when you have a question.
