      Generally decent work, good for people with low mobility

      Not paid enough for the work at times, asking employees to do things that RNs should be doing

      Pros

      Love seeing how the change in leadership has impacted the staff and clients. Prior individuals were never happy and could never keep staff. Since the change in leadership morale overall has improved greatly. Staff want to come to work and clients want to improve.

      Cons

      Previous management had a way bigger impact then I could of imagined.
