Pros

-Really supportive and great team atmosphere! Managers were patient with new staff, regularly had work socials and a lot of support. -Free food on shift -Felt valued and they prioritised hours to staff who were non student/all year staff so I always had hours -Esher was definetly the best Everyman to work at!

Cons

-Shifts never shared until the Friday before meaning no work life balance -Incredibly hard work, very physical and with only a short 30m break -Full meal on shift was only for managers -Very long hours
