Pros

you get to work on celebrity accounts

Cons

You are made to work like slaves. There is no intellectual processes, only money money policy. Salaries and perks are very poor. You are hired on a different payroll and made to work for a differnt company. Moreover the culture is very poor. No space and value for the employees. NO FEMALE SECURITY. They will hire you and keep on extending your probation, no reimbursments and leave facilities till you get over it. you will be fired any time.

Pros

- You will never find anything good in Everymedia cause the management itself are not good.

Cons

- Well it is a media company so they know very well how to portray themselves to the general public, so do not get fooled by the way they talk or how dose the company infrastructure looks. - The office is a rented place and they can barely pay the rent also. - Salaries are always delayed. - False promises of increment and you get peanuts - Before you sign the contract please read it carefully, there are condition which could hamper your future when you leave the company. - The company dose not even pay its taxes on time. - There is no job security, they can wish to fire you any time. - Over crowding of employees in the work area. - Employing people more than the license taken on shop establishment certificate. - Once you leave the company you will never get your FNF, hence employees prefer to abscond. - High number of employees absconding every week. - No employee engagement or entertainment. - Company is loosing all major clients. - Many corporate loans take and struggling to repay. - Bribing people to get awards. - Pushed in another company in the same premises of every media, which is also illegal. - There will soon be a time when the company will go Bankruptcy.

Pros

A lavish-looking office . At times you may see some famous people taking a tour of the office .

Cons

Thankless management who will not even acknowledge your hard work . You're expected to work 24/7 without an overtime bonus . Appraisals are given only to 20% of the employees - that too not more than 10%. Others are given excuses why they don't deserve a hike Majority people abscond from here because they know the management and HR makes ex-employees wait for at least 5-6 months for their experience letter & fnf . No timely salaries High attrition rate shows the many unsolved issues employees have here
