Pros

I started a month after the Las Vegas office opened. I met the owner his wife and some other account managers from the UK office. The enviroment was fun and fast paced.

Cons

The prices on the web-site are absolutly inaccurate, there will no doubt be a false advertisment claim against this company when/if someone takes the time to pursue it. The web-site makes it seem as if everythingbranded has the products and brands them. When in fact all they are is a hyped up middle man. Most all their orders when time allows are from chinese manufacturers the rest are from American front companys peddling chinese goods. There were a lot of promises made at the time of the interview (big expansion coming, health care after 90 days, keep you own customers). In the end everything branded let go alot of its UK staff and the Las Vegas office is down to 7 reps from a peak of 20. Corporate cut backs due to financial difficulties is what it said on my severance letter, yet 2 days later Ceo Paul Rowlett is on Linked in posting about how there are a new class of account managers hitting the floor today as the company is expanding and will be in Australia later this year! Who knows the truth other than the fact you Work hard building a pipeline making $12 an hour +commission with the carrot dangled in front of you to keep your customers for life, residual income. Then instead they clean house and hand off your clients to the core group of account managers. Sick. Lieing about lieing is disgraceful, this company is full of slimy limeys that pose as pure proud american promotional professionals. All the positive reviews are solicited by the sales reps and there is a quota every month that must be met in order to receive commission. This encourages account reps to fabricate alias and reviews, true story! 🤮

Pros

Fun office with a lot of bright colours and a good kitchen with a ping pong table and pool tables.

Cons

I was doing extremely well in sales for months, hitting my targets etc and they sack me because I did bad this month. DO NOT APPLY, YOUR JOB ISN'T SAFE HERE

Pros

I couldn't submit the review without adding 5 words so...

Cons

Bear in mind we are in a pandemic and sales for event products are incredibly low due to events throughout the world and the UK being cancelled. The majority of the sales team missed target and we were given a written warning. We were forced to sign this and told if we didn't sign this, we would get sacked. The company is run by spineless management who con people with the "part of the family" talk but have zero disregard for the mental wellbeing of there employees. We have been threatened with losing our job if we don't put sales on. Sales are moved forward from the previous month to fudge the numbers and make it seem as though the money coming in is higher than the actual total. If you dont want a job at a workplace that will destroy your mental health, demotivate you and leave you nervous about whether you will have a job tomorrow due to the extreme scare tactics, trick you into working through the pandemic to be rewarded and then the week before they need to pay you they cancel all of commission, avoid at all costs for your own benefit. Also, the safety measures for Covid are none existent and we are able to work from home but not allowed to by senior management, putting all of us and our families at risk.
