Pros
Competitive pay, still some of the "start up" perks and the benefits are surprisingly good.
Cons
Lured me away from a very stable job by lying to me about the stare of the company. Very much at the beginning. Probably for the better, but my impressions after seeing under the hood were horrible. This is not an Aerospace company with an ingenious design, but a bunch of industrial and automotive engineers that are trying to use the same concepts to build a plane about a decade before the battery density makes sense to do so. Sadly they are making the same mistakes other companies have made (engines on the wing tips, carbon fiber body, etc.) which just shows the lack of aviation expertise. They will waste a ton of money getting a prototype in the air to get investment, but it is not going to lead to a certified aeroplane anytime soon, which will hurt the entire electric plane industry.
