* Lots of opportunity to grow professionally * Gender balance and female leadership at the top, a rarity in tech * Empathetic, high energy colleagues who are very driven to improve people’s health * Brilliant founders who really believe in the mission * High impact work that is never boring

Cons

* Three different offices and a handful of remote employees. This distribution can create communication hurdles you might not expect at a company of its size. * Work/life balance can be a struggle, as is common for a startup at this stage of growth.

A few pros: - Work extremely talented, intelligent professionals from a variety of backgrounds including CS, pure mathematics, economics, engineering, health care etc. - Flexible culture that puts a premium on the well being of it's employees - Work on problems that help humanity. You won't be building an emoji engine

Cons

- We work hard, but it's a start up. If you like to work hard and be given autonomy to problem solve and can self manage your work than it's awesome.
