Great people to work with who are keen to do a good job.

Cons

Senior management seem to be determined to destroy any and all morale within the middle management and workforce, I have never known a company where so many people are actively looking for new jobs. No development opportunities and a complete lack of investment in genuine quality training

I'm trying hard to find the positives in such a negative working environment

Cons

Everything. Poor benefit package, no team spirit from individual team to senior management. You have no idea what the company is doing or where it wants to go. No communication at any level. No social events to help bond a team and no regular team meetings. All that means a very isolated working environment and mean you don't care for the business at all
