Pros
The on boarding is extensive. It gives a good overview of the company, culture, expectations, systems, etc. The people have all been so helpful and welcoming.
Cons
The processes are extensive, so even though the on boarding is too, it still does not give you full knowledge. It definitely takes progressive learning once you are 'on the job'.
