Pros
- working on truly fascinating problems in unexplored AI territory - need for fast and creative problem solving that can be addictive - extremely smart and experienced team, you will learn A LOT - management style is definitely not for the faint of heart, but they did listen to my feedback when there were issues
Cons
- typical start-up problems : high pressure, goals are sometimes shifting rapidly, less than stellar salary (though not appalling)
