Most management is corrupted. Supervisors and leads have obvious preferences over some employees. The praised partners seem to get trained on more equipment than others and everyone is constantly reminded of how hard they work. Some supervisors will also dismiss point accumulation for their favorite partners while others HAVE to go by the book (this is only known as partners within communicate with each other). And the biggest corruption, Management will look the other way or cover up any wrong doing for the priased partners while others get looked at the wrong way for doing the small things.
