Most management is corrupted. Supervisors and leads have obvious preferences over some employees. The praised partners seem to get trained on more equipment than others and everyone is constantly reminded of how hard they work. Some supervisors will also dismiss point accumulation for their favorite partners while others HAVE to go by the book (this is only known as partners within communicate with each other). And the biggest corruption, Management will look the other way or cover up any wrong doing for the priased partners while others get looked at the wrong way for doing the small things.

Employees are theatened and insulted based on lies told by people in other Departments. Lies started by a person in the office got my co-worker fired all because my co-worker was no afraid of the threat against her an tried to speak. Same thing for some people in receiving. He was also victim of lies told about him. He tried to tell people that they were not true but this lie was started by people in the office and our words are not good enough. If I could give less than a star I would.
