      Pros

      EHG has some of the best people I have ever worked with. Its a diverse group of marketers, creatives, scientists and technologists. We work with a variety of big pharma and emerging life science firms. We work hard but have fun. The arrow is pointing up for 2025 regarding growth.

      Cons

      Being a small med comm firm, we run lean and everyone has to wear a few hats. Its not a place for those who simply want to manage and not be part of getting the work done

      Work-life balance is easy to manage.

      Cons

      Terrible communication from senior leadership, consistent downward trajectory over the last few years, high turnover, completely dissatisfied workforce and office culture. Would highly advise against joining.
