      Pros

      The opportunities to learn and professionally develop are constant. Exposure to a lot of different people, trades, and ways of work. These negative reviews drive me nuts, they always come from the people who have a chip on the shoulder or do the bare minimum. If you're a good team mate who cares about the work you deliver, you'll have a great experience and really learn a lot.

      Cons

      You need to be a good communicator and be able to work with a team - the "lone wolf" safety guy isn't a good fit for the team based culture. Not a con in my opinion - but worth knowing if you're used to working on the road and keeping to yourself.

      Professional exposure in the Occupational Safety realm. Work-Life balance Fair Salary Managerial support from day 1 to the last day Challenging day-to-day Competitiveness never gets out of control Highly rewarding work environment

      Cons

      You will be held accountable for the work you choose . You have the opportunity to do the bare minimum here. If you choose to do so it does not impact your work relationships. If you choose to do more and take on more responsibility you will be held at a higher standard. Some people are good with that and some are not.
