Lots of opportunity to make your mark within this startup. Evolv has a very Strong product offering that delivers solid results and staggering growth. Customers are happy and if the results of an optimization are lower than anticipated, researchers refine and deliver. There is lots of green field for Sales in both retail and ecommerce. The software itself is cutting edge.

The software is hard to use but improvements are being made to the interface and the Enablement documentation. At the moment, the sales model is 'full service' to ensure results.
I believe D&I was an issue at one point but they have made it a priority.
