Lot of roadblocks to get tasks accomplished. Can feel like a start-up despite being public for 6 years.

Great products with cool technology Meaning company mission

Cons

Poor leadership - the CEO and his team are not competent. Most of them have to clue about the R&D or sales. - Some middle managers are rude and use fear for management. They pick their favorites over people are competent.
