Talented individuals and interesting clients. Decent pay as well.
Cons
Nearly a complete staffing turnover in less than a year, very little leadership or direction from management, and a toxic work environment for women. The atmosphere is essentially a frat house and both employees and the owner engaged in completely unacceptable behavior for a workplace.
Evolve Digital Labs Response

As an administrative representative who joined Evolve Digital Labs after this review, I first apologize to the reviewer for her/his experience. I cannot speak to any initiatives or specific changes to this issue that may have happened in between the reviewer's experience and now, but I can say that as of Oct 2017, we have an excellent (and growing) team culture. We have a balanced approach in our office that allows us to work professionally with incredible clients as well as create an environment that enables individuals to be creative and innovative. In hiring individuals that bring a sound work ethic with them, we have been able to steel our professionalism of our team from the ground up. We currently have a gender distribution of 42% female / 58% male. This statistic is noteworthy in that it speaks directly to the reviewer's concern regarding a work environment that is toxic for women. However, we do not discriminate, and first look to hire the most talented people.
Very data focused. Lots of roles for data analysts. They really push you (which is a good thing) and challenge you to get the best results. Free (continental) breakfast on Mondays. Lunch is catered sometimes (around 2 a month). The people there are very skilled and good at what they do. They bring in high level clients quite frequently. It seems like every week they're bringing on a new client.
Cons
There is a chance you'll work overtime quite, depending on your job. Some team members may not have all the training they need, which can make your job harder sometimes. Sometimes they have more clients then they can handle (which isn't necessarily a con).
Autonomy to get the job done with resources as you need them. Expanding product portfolio to serve clients. Investment in people and processes to get the best results. Freedom to grow into and expand responsibilities.
Cons
Growing pains as new staff are added and agency scales to meet new business needs.
