Pros

very flexible great pay holiday bonuses redeemable whenever free training for various roles

Cons

harsh, unsympathetic management. their main concern is the client but it comes at disregard for their workers wellbeing. shifts can also be hard to get during quiet periods

Pros

Pay is not that bad ,they get really busy so a lot of shifts for you

Cons

The consultants like to lie, they manipulate shifts, they lie about shifts beung cancelled, they autobook you on shifts that you didn't apply for. no work-life balance you can work 24\7 they don't care they will beg you to do shifts all the time
