Pros

The flexible schedule. If you have any school or other obligations, they will give you about anything for your scheduled hours and times. You meet a lot of really nice people when you are working on the phones in the call center.

Cons

Stressful, negative-motivation environment. Long time periods between breaks. They have consistently lowered the commissions you get for the same product through years. Also,they have many more products you sell for no commission at all. This effects what you really end up making per hour in the end.
