Workload isn’t too heavy most of the time so you get time to learn new skills or cross train on occasion.

Customers are free to expand project scope and abuse their position/ power with absolutely zero pushback from Evolver. Work culture was erratic: random moments of calm, hostility, and passive aggressiveness.
