      Pros

      The company has been improving and is increasingly listening to employee feedback. Transparency has gotten better, and the work environment offers great flexibility. There is a high level of trust with no micromanagement, which makes it a comfortable place to work.

      Disaster company. Do not even think of working here. Full of ego-driven people, especially the CTO. Around 50 people quit in just one year.
