      Nothing to write , there is no pro for this company.

      Cons

      1) Meeting have to attend after office hours. 2) Salary delay between 22-30th of every month. 3) They will not allowed leaves even in case of emergency. 4) At the end , you will literally cry and ask why did you join. They will not give your relieving letter. 5) I worked as a TL for 1 year & feel helpless at the end. They didn't bother to hand over the experience certificate after so many request & HR just gave the computer generated receipt with no company stamp.

      There is nothing out which employees can get any benefit.

      Cons

      Oh well, the cons are countless ! 1. The place is unhygienic as hell. Public restrooms are even better 2. Office worst than the government offices 3. They will hold your till the month end, and will pay your salary in installments. 4. The manager is a dumbhead, doesn't have the sense to talk and doesn't even want to help the juniors. 5. Will assure that there is a lot to learn from them, but in reality they don't have any kind of knowledge. 5. Only want to disregard the employees as if they are the slaves 6. Won't even approve the leave in case of medical emergencies. I can go on with the cons but they won't end. Do not join this company.
