Pros
Working in the outdoor industry with established and new accounts and vendors. The creativity potential creating new products in the growing travel industry market.
Cons
This was the worst company I ever worked for. The management and culture was the most unprofessional and downright abusive I have ever worked with. The timelines were unrealistic and unorganized in all areas of the company. There was no work-life balance. I was appalled at how customers, vendors and employees were treated and management did nothing to fix this. Innovation and basic customer service is lacking and major accounts were lost. I did not want to be involved with a sinking ship that had a hostile work environment.
