Pros

Healthcare is provided by the company( This is basic).

Cons

Supervisors are figureheads and seem literally useless due to overly bureaucratic style of management. Because of this, mid-level management team (TL, Trainers, HR) are expected to adhere to company policies WITHOUT conscious decision making. You can make TOTAL sense but a loophole in the company policy is never an excuse. Disciplinary actions are wholistic and the sanctions are PROGRESSIVE until such that you have incurred enough that you can get terminated for being late for a minute or forgetting to punch out. There is zero allowance for inevitable human error, It seems that the policies are designed so you get terminated and they can simply hire new cheaper workforce and not worry about increase in salaries. You CAN lose your job over the SIMPLEST and SMALLEST of infractions. The workplace is also highly political.

Pros

Great career advancement opportunities and great people. Support and supervision from most Team Leaders is magnanimous.

Cons

The only way to survive working in Exacot is to get yourself out of Prod/Support. Team members from Support are the backbone of this company and yet they bear the brunt of poor upper management decisions. The client/account has 0 to little regard about their agents’ welfare and work-life-balance. Metrics were constantly changed. 10.5 hours of 3-5 chat concurrencies will drain you physically and mentally in the long run.

Pros

High salary that is expected and a bare minimum due to the workload they give

Cons

The management are incompetent, they refuse to do the solution that is really needed which is to hire people. They make decisions that ruin perfectly working systems and things instead of solving it properly. The moment everything is okay, they decide on something to ruin it. They do not even explain why they are doing it and only give out the reason “business needs” even if it does not make sense. More than a year, agents are requesting to hire people but instead of hiring they remove people and rotate them through brands making it more difficult for everyone. They do not listen to production teams, they do not also relay it to the big bosses of the company. When you skip the management and go straight to HR, they get mad. Micro managing all the decisions which makes everything worse. Quality of work is greatly sacrificed which makes working for them demotivating. Treats agents like slaves not listening to their concerns. They are causing great mental stress to all workers increasing the morality rate
