Pros
1) very good company to start your career. There would be a lot of scope for you to learn new technologies under the guidance of senior developers. 2) freedom to express your views on the project
Cons
1) As far as the company is concerned, it does best in what they have. a bit of concern is you dont get salary on time, but i think it has gradually improved over the months.
