You can learn some things as it is a start up.

Cons

1. No employee satisfaction 2. No personal life for employee 3. One man show by MD 4. Employee not getting leaves as per their request 5. No value for employee specifically for developers 6. Anything bad happens to project, developer only have to take everything on them, but after go live management will take all the credits 6. Management will make your work life worse , if you will ever go against them 7. Never understands employee situation even if you are in a miserable health 8. Forces for everything, will not ask weather you want it or not 9. If you will work better than others, they will put more and more work on you within the same time.

You can learn a lot of new technologies and get more hands on experience in projects

Cons

1. Work pressure 2. Asks to work more than 8 hours and doesnt pay extra hours 3. Asks to work on saturday sunday and doesnt provide compof 4. Asks to travel to abroad but doesnt pay money for abroad work hours which is paid by xyz company 5. Gets arround a lakh per month from client for employee but when it comes to increment they say company is in loss 6. Hr policies change without prior notice to employees 7. Hr says increment is on June but delays it to August providing nonsense policy rubbish excuses 8. 3 years of bond 9. Hr doesnt reply on any mails intentionally and you need to beg for answers 10. Fake positive comments provided by manager asking people to join (in glass door and google reviews) 11. Less salary and that too they put more money on bonus. Package 3 lakh. 2 lakh per anum on hand , remaining 1 lakh bonus you get after 15 months 12. Hr are the puppets, they play with you according to management. doesnt hear your concerns 13. People are waiting to leave after bond because of poor work culture

Worst experience in working conditions

No reasons to work here. Only if you want to work in SAP based company.

Unfortunately the baddest experience. Working conditions are very poor no air. Timingly managed AC. Only 2 hrs or 4 in total for day. Air cooler is off when you need it most, Suffocating. Washrooms are dirty. No cleanliness. No management at all. Every decision is taken by only one. HR people are there with no power. You may ask any small question regarding your job you have to wait atleast 1 or 2 months to get it to the management so called single person. They don't value employees and thier concern.
