Pros

Timings are flexible and package is good

Cons

Important Note Before Joining They may attract you with a good package and claim that it’s a Discovery client. However, once you join as a Java Developer, you’ll quickly realize that there is no real development work involved. The project is already in a stable state, and your primary responsibility will be production support. Expect to deal with numerous issues and tickets on a daily basis. You’ll be required to attend client calls or meetings for at least 5 to 6 hours a day, not including the additional internal stand-ups with Exaze. These internal meetings come with a lot of pressure and unnecessary processes that make the job even more stressful. You won’t get an opportunity to work on your core Java skills, as most of the code is auto-generated by tools. Understanding the architecture and API flow itself is a major headache. Work-life balance is practically non-existent. Don’t fall for the fake reviews, especially on Glassdoor. I joined based on those reviews and deeply regret it. Better to avoid this company if you value your technical growth and personal life.

Cons

While the company has fostered a productive and engaging environment, I believe that increasing work-from-home days could further enhance work-life balance and overall productivity. Flexible scheduling, especially in a post-pandemic work culture, would support a more balanced lifestyle, reducing commuting time and allowing employees to focus even more on their deliverables.
