None, Not speaking out of salt here, there is literally nothing good here unless you desperately need money and have 0 options.

CEO is a narcissist who takes everything you do or say and tries to make himself feel superior Illegal activity all over the place, OSHA violations, tax violations, labor law violations, payments withheld/withdrawn often No central office, if you work here you will work out of a guard booth and portable toilet no matter your role No Remote/Hybrid regardless of which guard site they want you at Illegal activity between 2 businsses (Excalibur Security and Matts Staffing). They just feed money back and forth into each other and write off the taxes as business expenses to generate revenue.
