Toxic culture

Pros

Excel has good social events for staff and pay for two courses a year

Cons

The culture at Excel is toxic. The workload is heavy with unrealistic deadlines and extremely high expectations, and very little support. Work/life balance is not respected, either is your opinion. They want to hire people to tell what to do versus a collaborative environment. Pay is average at best and opportunities for advancement are limited. Because of these reasons, turnover is high and everyone's morale is low. Managers seem defeated and exhausted daily.
