      Crews worked well with me. Let alone me having 7 different crews in 6 weeks.

      Cons

      Management is very unorganized, wants to move you around and make you seem like the problem. Can never take the hit when they are wrong. Always the workers fault.

      a little Clique. Some people have gotten to comfortable at the top. Benefits were not overly great
