Best Pro to mention is that you’re guaranteed a job at this company. They’re desperate as a company.

Cons

Work life balance. No flexibility from a twice a week 12pm-8pm with turnover working 7am-3pm the following days. Their insistence on seeing patients 3 times a week with barely any 1 a week models, having patients rely on their therapists rather than utilizing good patient education skills. They are a for profit business that attempts to make you feel at home, part of a community, and interested in your own growth, but only cares about the numbers at the end of the day. If you try to leave the company, they will make the last four weeks difficult.
