Pros

It is easy to get hired as they do have a high turn over rate. I promise you, the owners will give you a speech of the "Excela Family" which only means they expect you to work for no money on good faith.

Cons

The few benefits listed must be accrued over a year's time. Nothing rolls over to the next year. a. 7 Paid Days off. That is it. b. 5 Vacation days may be taken non consecutively. c. 0 Personal Days off. d. No 401K e. No Benefits. f. Employees are fired on the spot for no reason and their unemployment was disputed. g. Only upper management (the 5 owners) received a bonus for the past 2 years. h. All company events must be funded and provided by the employees themselves and outside of company time. i. Privileges such as bringing your dogs to work and drinking after 3 have been taken away and are only reserved for 3 of the owners.

A company that kept the "Start-Up" mentality through huge growth spurts.

Pros

When I started there were only a few people working at a small office near LAX. In the past few years we've been able to continually expand in both size and numbers. One of my favorite things about the company is that everyone gets to wear a lot of hats and as projects, both client facing & internal come about, there's a real sense that everyone gets to pitch in.

Cons

With rapid growth and an evolving company focus there can be a lot of stressful days.
