      Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Collaboration is paramount to success and this group knows it.

      My reasoning is simple. Leadership actually takes time to LISTEN, RESPOND and take ACTION the input you provide. Whatever MY PROFESSIONAL GOAL is, I am able to share MY plan and it is supported. People are professional and respectful. Promotions, Perks, and Rewards come without notice. If you want to grow, they are willing to help. Work Life Balance Is both Respected and Encouraged.

      THIS IS MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE, NOT A COMPANY DOWNFALL .... Not really a fan of United Healthcare.
