Pros
You can set your own hours between 6-6 and route, company car for personal use okay benefits on first of month after hire.
Cons
No support from Management or Customers it is a merchandising position mainly and Excell needs to work on how much product is sent to stores, most of the time way to much and then you need to find a place for it. If you are off for any reason you fall behind because their is no one to cover your stores. Plan on working close to 50 hrs a week for low pay. It is an old boys style of management promoting from within. Management does not react to concerns brought up by the reps in the field.
