-the pay wasnt too well -work environment was bad -had to be on camera because other employees ruined it for everyone else -certain supervisors and employees feel like they can talk to you however they want -favoritism is shown -work/life balance is decent depending on what schedule you withhold

Upper management and support write new policy almost everyday that lacks common sense, and could also be against certain other agencies superseding policies.
