Lots of cronyism and favoritism Some upper management still have small company mentality although the organization has grown rapidly, this includes gossiping, making decisions that put the company in legal jeopardy and looking out for each other over the business or what is right. Some upper management unable to work together effectively Lack of true diversity, anyone who is different is under a scope Pay at low end of spectrum for all roles They ignore a lot of employee feedback, even when conducting internal surveys, making excuses for reasons employees are dissatisfied
