Atmosphere is good you can enjoy songs while working. You can choose company if you are social worker because they don’t give you a money they only show a middle finger

Cons

No value for work, Employees got their salary quarterly not monthly In a plus whenever you resign you have to loss last two months salary.

Just refine task allocation system. Its not bad just need some minor modification which will allow our organisation run even more efficiently.
