      Pros

      Great learning experience for a different part of the Oil and Gas Industry. Engineers would welcome questions regarding the units so you were able to understand what was being completed/built

      Cons

      Managers with no management skills or experience.

      Pros

      Pros are when you leave the place and never look back. On the plus side, coal mines are a more attractive endeavor.

      Cons

      This is one of those places who has been set in their ways since they opened their doors. No change, just keep "doin it how its always been dun hyuk hyuk"
