I previously worked as an Account Manager for Excite Media and feel very grateful that I had the opportunity to work for such a great agency. I wanted to gain agency-side experience, as I'd always worked client-side in digital marketing, but was quite apprehensive about the move. The whole EM were so welcoming when I started and it quickly became clear that it truly was a little family! The expertise of the team is clear, across the different areas of web dev, SEO and PPC in particular, but there's an awesome holistic view of digital marketing which makes for a great learning environment. The culture at Excite is second-to-none. The team is so supportive and love to have fun as well. Management make a real effort to organise work activities to bond the team and foster culture, which is awesome! I think it speaks volumes about the business when you see that most staff members have been here for years. I had some of best work experiences with Excite and am very keen to watch where the company goes in the future!

I have been a full-time Project Manager at Excite Media for over 3 years, and they have definitely become my 'work family'! The management is fantastic at appreciating people's need for flexibility and work-life balance, and they always did everything in their power to support the team with both work and personal projects. Some of Excite's processes and tools the team has created over the years (some of them bespoke to the agency!) really set them apart as a business with an outlook for the future that appreciates the importance of making sure the team is well supported to get things done at a level surpassing expectations. I have learned so much during my time at Excite as initiative is really seen and appreciated, and the management was willing to give me the space to try new things whether it was trialing new tools, new ways of working or different projects. Overall I cannot recommend Excite enough as a great place to work - with people who genuinely care about each other and their clients!
