Heavily monitored stats, with stat boards displayed across the office. Condescending and belittling management style. Conflicting directions and goals from leadership a recurring theme. Leadership preaches "family culture" but reality doesn't hold up. Widely regarded in the market as a good training ground, bigger agencies keep an eye on, and experienced people rarely stay long term. Almost everyone who leaves tells a similar story.
