Pros

Invests heavily in training and is well known for it. No experience needed workplace, good for novices looking to learn. Well-established company. Diligent people. Thorough processes. Celebratory culture. Many internal events. If you're new to recruitment, this could be a training ground (but there are other options out there).

Cons

Known in the market as a micromanaging environment. High turnover. Low salaries, seniors unlikely to exceed 70-75k after many years. Poor commission structure at higher end. Commission disputes handled in favour of house. Stressful environment. Many internal meetings for the sake of meetings. Goal posts consistently changed. Heavily monitored stats, with stat boards displayed across the office. Condescending and belittling management style. Conflicting directions and goals from leadership a recurring theme. Leadership preaches "family culture" but reality doesn't hold up. Widely regarded in the market as a good training ground, bigger agencies keep an eye on, and experienced people rarely stay long term. Almost everyone who leaves tells a similar story. Encouraged to give positive Glassdoor and Google reviews, worth keeping in mind when reading existing reviews. If you're not new to recruitment, I'd look elsewhere.
