Pros
nice office space, easy location to commute to, most people - non management are good.
Cons
Partners - each has his own agenda, don't agree with each other. Need account managers that know how to sell. Unbalanced workforce, way more men than women. Diversity in employees barely exists. They don't give raises to most staff. Partners are not all on the same page. Was told by one partner that the partners don't like each other.
