Company Culture

Pros

Remote work - If you are looking for remote then Exclaimer is good for this with no physical office in Australia.

Cons

There is no culture in Australia and all the focus is entirely on the UK and US markets - Aus is isolated and never included in anything and also ignored by Marketing

Pros

Good pay and flexibility. Good team to work with.

Cons

Good team...except management. Manager is quite toxic and has a bully mentality. Not a skilled salesperson and is obsessed with micromanagement.

Bad culture. No growth.

Pros

Remote role and no physical office.

Cons

Manager bad mouths everyone and is finally now removed. He thought he will not be removed and not be questioned for what he is doing. Extremely incapable and extremely toxic. Look up current sales manager. Has zero knowledge about sales and is going around teaching others who have way more experience than he does. Management in U K. Puts everyone in sales on Performance improvement plan. Targets are unachievable with hardly any business. No proper sales systems but they have a million other systems . Small team which is trying to survive with frequent terminations.
