Pros

No one ready for retail in market so it's easy to get job for any fresher but it's very harassing job .

Cons

Very bad management. I have worked 2.5 year with this company but they did not given my FNF amount nearby 40k . No respect of honesty . I have resigned according to process n serve 15 days notice periods . Enspite of this company hold my mony . No Respect for my 2.5 year services.
