Pros

They communicated daily in hip chat.

Cons

Many including myself was written up and when you would ask why there would be no response from management. They hired a bunch of people during the summer when ice is in high demand them they cut your hours. You work for minimum wage for almost a month and even though it says after 80 hours you will get a raised they test you in order to get the raise. A week or two after getting the raise they fire you and write up a bogus reason. There is nothing Godly about being deceptive and cutting people's hours. They mail your check out to you so you never get your money on time. They update policies almost daily and write you up when you don't grasp the new policy within days.

Pros

Honestly there are no pros except for this was a job. But that's hardly a pro for this company.

Cons

Late pay most of the time, excuses they didn't have enough money to pay all employees, management was never available, they pretend to be Christian but they are far from it. Fired several pregnant or new moms and others for no reason. Hours cut without notice. Fabricates reasons for write ups.

Pros

Most of the co-workers were friendly.

Cons

Late paychecks, and I'm talking months late at some points. Overtime was not paid out as it should've been. Do they pay for your unemployment? Well, they say they do, but the state says they dont. Who's lying? Gee I wonder. They give poor training and then just toss off new recruits and pile on more new recruits. And the worst of the worst? Near Christmas time 2014 they actually asked the staff to "fast" and pray to Jesus so we could get paid. Convenient considering none of us could afford to eat without going to food banks!
