      Good overall, but need to have better leadership

      Pros

      - You learn very quickly as leadership pushes you into the field to get hands on experience. - You really get to know everyone in the company very quick as company culture is great.

      Cons

      - Someone in leadership in Hillside really makes you want to quit your job everyday. - Micromanagement at its under certain leadership which can make you feel like you’re not doing anything good at your job. - Doesn’t give quarterly reviews so you don’t know if you are doing good or bad at your job.

      Good Learning Experiences but Toxic Environment

      Pros

      You’ll learn how to manage in a fast pace and challenging environment. Pay tends to be respectable. The lower level employees are what makes the company even remotely tolerable.

      Cons

      Not really a team environment where everyone looks after each other. Upper management poisons employees against each other with favoritism and over sharing personal feelings about other employees. Upper management also can’t take criticism and will reprimand you for speaking up with concerns. If you make a mistake expect to be punished and gossiped about. If you want to get to the top you should plan on working a lot of hours and bootlicking upper management.

      Pros

      Nice group of people in the trenches. Produce good end products.

      Cons

      Will stab your back any chance they can. Senior management cares more about money than their employees. They also do not value diversity. Benefits are horrible.
